Terms of service

In order to get the most out of your appointment please ensure that your hair is suitably prepared by following the hair preparation guide. 

 

A booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The balance is required at the time of your hair appointment. 

 

Adjustments can be made to your booking before and up to 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Your deposit will be refunded or transferred to another available date.

 

For any changes or cancellation within this time, the booking deposit will be retained.
