Uncover and discover your true curl
More than you know, I am so looking forward to meeting you and working with your curls. Bringing your true curls to life is an absolute delight! I enjoy seeing the expression of wonder and happiness and the smiles on my clients faces when we uncover their natural curl. I've had self declared product junkies say they have curl with frizz and nothing more. The transformation to healthy, defined curls is something very special. It's a journey that begins with one giant decision to change your curl styling routine. I invite you to meet your true curl.
The main culprits that cause so much congestion are the very "fixes" that create long term frizz. Othewise known as silicone or "cones", sulfates, parabens... they are found in the likes of mousses, waxes, gels, hair cremes, shampoos, conditioners and serums. The temptation is to over use these in a bid to smoothen hair and in time your curls are comletely congested under a layer of these nasties that have boned to your hair. They leave a plastic like residue, are non- water soluable and create a layer of resistance. Over time your clurls beneath are dehydrating, undernourished and becoming weakened and damaged.
During you visit you will discover new ways of cleanse and apply products the correct way specific to your curl type. If you've been unknowingly serving your curls hugh dallops of frizz causing agents, I advise that you gently detox your hair. This will remove some of the build up and over time, will alllow ample hydration to penetrate your hair. Water, curl love and curl kind haircare will simply melt into your hair, restoring your true curls to their former beautiful selves. This takes time, be patient and be consistent.
